Wow! It’s never great when your air goes out, but it’s especially bad when it’s on a Sunday. On the hottest day of the year. On 4th of July weekend. Despite all that, Larry from Champion Air was at my home the same day. He was on time, professional, polite, but above all else, he took the time to explain everything and ensured I was satisfied. Not only that, he didn’t charge extra for coming out at the last minute on a Sunday. Larry has definitely earned my business going forward!

Would Recommend! We've used them a few times over the past 5+ years. Had 2 units replaced with them and some maintenance work. They are always quick and friendly. Easy to work with and have reasonable rates.

I’m so impressed with Champion Air! From the moment I called, to the quick appointment and install of my new air conditioner! Working with Service Rep David was a pleasure, he showed me my options, spoke very highly of the company, confident in the company’s promises and integrity! On install day (2 days later) Ray arrived on time, very professional! Answered my questions easily, professionally and pleasantly. I was a little worried with the stuff they removed but they had it all ready for pickup, neatly stacked outside and scheduled for pick up. 30 minutes after he left, a truck pulled up and cleared out the old equipment. I cannot remember working with a company that was so fine-tuned, they promised and delivered and were so pleasant and professional! With this heatwave, I’ve been enjoying every moment of my new ac unit, so I’m a little late in my note, thanks Champion Air!!
